WHBREASl the orcierly txttnsion of the water lines of the Gity
of Paris require the building and extension of a water pipe line along,
crossinq and under twa cotton compreas xarehouse spur tracks of the
St. Louis-San Francisco Rgtlway Company at Station 30~72 in the vicinity
of 3rci S. W. Street; and,
WHEREAS, the lawful buildinq and eonstruction af such water lins
requirea the consent and pQrmission of said Railway Company under pipe
line crossing contract and agreement between said Company and the Gity
of Pari s s N)W, T'tEREF?RE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY MUI+ICIL OF TNE CI'iY OF PARI5, 7hat

execute and enter into a certain proposed pipt line crossing contract
and agreement subraitttd hsrgwith by said St. Louis-San Francisco Railwsy
Companyg datsd July 129 1936; binding the City of Paris to the proviaions
tturein recited and contained and granting tynto said City an aasownt and
permission to build and construCt such watfr pipe line across and under
said cotton comprtss waxehouse :pur tracks at said Station 30/72.
Passed and adapted by the City Council of the City of Parls in
special tession convened on this 27th day of July, 1956.
