t&IE2EAS, heretofore, the City Council has requested and received
from a number of bond firms proposals for a fiscal agency contract fo:c
the usual professional services and facilities as fiscal agent in
connection with the proposed extension of the water and sewer facilit'ies
of the City of Paris, the preliminary estimated cost of which is
$2,000,000.00; and,
VJHEREAS, the fiscal a enc~y contract proposal of

and is in the opinion of the City Council, the proposal most desirable
and acceptable for the best interests of the City of Paris in view cf the
services required and to bemndered, the services to be rendered by siach
fiscal agent being enumerated in detail and the proposed remuneration to
be paid for such services being therein fully enumerated as per schedule
incorporated therein.

proposed water and sewer extension and improvement bond pro,gram, as per
their propcsal of the afore-mentioned date be, and the same is hereby
accepted and approv2d and the Honorable James R. Gill, N;ayor, is hereby
authorized to execute the prcposed and submitted fiscal agency contrac;t
as submitted by said cumpany so as to bind the City of Paris to the terms
and provisions thereof.
