6UHEREAS2 The City of Paris has heretofore accepted from R. :B.
Stovall Company, owner and developer of Parham Park Addition No. 1,
the sum of $4,082.002 being the estimated cost of certain water and
sewer installations required for the development of such Addition and
to be made and installed by the City of Paris in consideration of and
for the payment of such sum of $4,082.00; and,
"iHEREAS, it is desirable ard necessary tt;at theestimated
budgeted expenses and revenue accounts be adjusted to reflect the
receipt and expenditure of such suns during the current buciget year;

BE IT RESOL'JED BY THE CITY COL'NCIL GF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the Finance Director of the City of Paris be authori.zed to credit such
aggregate sum of $4,082.00 as an increase ir, the estimated revenues to
accrue to Reverue Account 85, Water and Sewer, and the budget of the
expenditures of the City of Paris for the current year are amenaed aiid
increased accordinyly, to-wit:
