RESOLUTICN N0. 605
BE IT RESOLUED BY THE CITY 03UNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
1. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby instructed to
advertise for sealed bids for the sale of the property owned by the
City of Paris, known as the East Paris Fire Station property, lo-
ca~yed in the 1600 Block of Lamar Avenue and fronting approximately
~v feet on the iJorth Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue and extending
North to and fronting on the South Boundary Line of East Houston
Street.
2. That such advertisement be made in the Paris News by
publishing the same twice within ten (10) days from the date
hereof. Such advertisement shall provide that the sale will be
made for cash and that the City of Paris reserves the right to
reject all bids and refuse to sell or advertise again for the sale
of such property; that all bids will be received by the City
htanager in his office at the City Hall until 5:00 o•clock F. M. on
the 22nd day of December , 1955.
3. In the event an advantageous bid is not received, the
City will withdraw such property from sale.
