Planning and Zoning Commission
FROM: Shawn Napier, P.E.
Director of Engineering, Planning & Development
DATE: September 5, 2012
SUBJECT: Stone Ridge, Phase 7, Lots 18-22 Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
Show a delineation point between lots 16 and 17 to separate Boulder Lane from NE 48tn
St.
2. Label the existing and proposed street and Right-of-Way widths.
3. Change the phase # from 6 to 7.
4. Provide the Block information for this proposed addition.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above item.
