BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CUU'idCIL OF THE CITY Or PARIS, That the
petition and application of Guy T. N"ior7an and wife, Hazel P. hFlorgan, dated
July 12, 1955, see};ing an amendment to the zoning ordinance of the City of
Faris so as to char.re from a"Residential District" to a"Commercial Dis-
trict" the zoning designation of their property located in the 2200 Block
of Bonhan Street, fronting 90 feet on the N. B. Line of said Bonham Street
and extendiny Ilorth to a depth of 317.3 feet be, and the same is hereby,
accepted by the City Council and by it referred to the Planning & Zoning
Comr;iission of said City for public hearing in accordance with law, and
public hearin; before the City Council is hereby set for 7:30 P. t.I.~
I'.Ionday, Septernber 12, 1955, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
effect publication of notice of such hearinr as required by law and the
ordinances of the City of Paris.
