per cent (40~J) be allowed and provided for all water furnished to all users
above the minirnu.n fnr the r.,on:hs of July, r.ugust and September, 1953; and

able use and reqUirement tivater during the mon4h o.=' 7une, 1953, because of the
unseasor•,ably hot rveather :or such cu.rrent r.ionth; and, whereas it is the desire
