` Wereas, The City of Paris has requested p=rmission and

authority of the St. Louist►San Franoisco *a%A-14me Railway Campany to
excavate for, lay, cons*ruct, maintain, operate and repair a aertain 24-inch

sewar pipe line under the right of way or land of said Company, and a 16-inch
sewer pipe line crossing under the right of way and tract of said Company
at Paris in Iamar County, Texas, as fully described and designated in a
proposed Agreement by and between ssid City and said Company, dated April
13, 1953; and,
ylaRE4,S, said Company is willing to grant such permission and
: authority to said City without the paylrent of any cash consideration, but
upon the terr.is and conditions specified and provided in sai.d proposed
agreement; and,
Ve'HfftEnS, the City Council has fully considered such proposed
aoreement and it appears therefrom that the exeeution thereof by said City s

and the entry into such soreement by said City is desirable and to the best
~ interest of the City of Paris: NOW7, Tf?EREFORE, BE IT RESOL.JED BY THE CITY
COtTPdCIL OF THE CITY CF PARIS, that, upon motion of Councilman Jones, seconded ,
