BE IT RESOLVED BY TfiE CITY COIIlv'CIV OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, THAT: The
Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empawered and
directed to, on behalf of the City of Paris, enter into written contract anct
agreements with the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, Texas, relatiT_e
to sanitary sewage disposal service and the sale and delivery of water by
sa id c ity t o sa id Hous ing Authority of the C ity of paris, such services and
water to be furnished, sold and prbvided to and for said Housi.ng Authority
at the presently established and prevailing charges therefor, at its
housi.ng developments in the City of Paris, as follows: Project No. Tex. 48-1,
aonsistino of approximately 132 family dwelling units looated at 7th S.7Y. and
Washington Streets in the City of Paris, and Project No. Tez. 48-2, consisting
of approximately 68 family dwelling units loaated at Fitzhugh and Hickory
Streets i.n said City; such sanitary sewer charges and water rates being as
