The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to make
available to the public blank foms for the use of any citizen who de-
sires to have his name printed on the official ballot for the City
Charter Election as a member of the Charter Cormnission to be elected at
the Special City election to be held on February 17, 1953, provided
that ang person who desires to have his name prirated on such ballot as
a candidate for e lection as a member of such Commission must file written
request therefor with the City 'Q'lerk or the 2:ayor of the City of Paris on
or before Tuesday, January 27, 1953.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, 1953.
