BE IT RESOLVID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
1. That the United States of America, in consideration of the
abandorunent of three small buildings numbered T-165j T-166 and T-172,formerJ,y
located at Cox rield, Paris, Texas, be and it is hereby released an.d
relieved of ar~y ard all liability by rea..on of the ahandormient of swch
buildings.
2* That the 6ity Manager transmit a certified copy of this reso-
lution to the Ciuef, Real Estate Division, Corps of Engineers, U. S.
Asm,y, Tulsa District., Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Passed by the City Council of the City of ?ar is, Texas, in regular
meeting this the 9th day of Juen, 1952.
