1. That the City of Paris, together wri.th the state of Texa.s,
County of Lamar, Pari.s Independent school district and Paris Junioi^
College district, sell to J. M. Caviness all its right, title and
interest in the property formerlf owned by R. Vester Brand et al.,
located on Graham and I#ouston Streets, in Paris, for a total consider-
ation of $3,500.00 of which sum the City of Naris will receive its
pro-rata share in accordance vrith the jud¢ment rendered by the Sixt;y-
Second District Court of Lamar County, Texas, in cause A1o. 23330,
styled City of -~'aris Texas vs. R. Vester Brand et al.
2. That the ?;Sayor oi the City of i'aris be and he is hereby
authorized to execute in behalf of the City of Paris an agreenent
with the other ta3dng units mentioned above for t he s ale of such
property and such other proper conveyance to the purchaser as may be
