BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUPICIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
l. 7'hat the City of Paris lease the municipal baseball paxk
to A. C. Gonzalez u-pon the terns and conditions, for the ti~-ne aLnd
at the rental set out in lease agreement between said City and the
said A. C. Gonzalez dated 21,9 day of February, 1952, and that the
following grovision be made a part of said lease: Provtded., that
if, during the baseball season of 1952 tr,is lease is terminatect by
lessor purze t to paragraph 11 (b) of saa.d ajreement, lessee s~hall
be repaid/proportionate and unused Dart of the cash rental paicl
by h:m for the lzse oi such premises.
That the :~ayor be and he is hereby autrorized and directecl to
execute such lease agreement in behalf of the Cit, of Paris and the
CitY Clerk shall attest s ane.
Passed at a special meating of the City Council of the Cit:y of
Paris in the council chambers of said City this the 3rd day of March,
1952.
