on the lst day o= iLpril, 1952, same being the Yirst Tuesday
in April~ 1952, for the purpose of electing members of -the
City Council of said City of Paris as followas
One Councilman, Ward One
One Councilman, Ward TWo
One Councilman, `irard Three
One Councilman, Ward Four
as provided in Section 16, r►rticle III, of the City ~harter
of the City of paria adopted on Ir'oTember,29 1948, auch coun-
cilmen to serTe for the ensuing two yeara: now therefore,
BE IT RESODVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THL CITY OF PARIS:
1. That the polling places for said election ahall be
a s f ollows :
Ward One - Central Fire Station
Ward Two - Grand Hotel
t~fard Three- I.amar County Courthouse base:ment
tiYard Four - Paris High School Gymnasium
2. The pay of the judges and clerks of said election
shall be as follows: $ 7 ~ a day for each judge or clerk;
the judge who deliTera the riturns of the election immedidtely
aPter the ♦otes have been counted shall be paid $2.00 for that
service, proTided also, he shall make returns of all elettion
suppiies not used Nhen he makes returns of the election.
3. Said election shall be held in accordance witb the
laws of the 6tste of Teaas goTerning gnaeral and municir~al
elections in ao Yar as may be applicable, and with the proTi-
aions of the 1~ity `'harter of the `'ity of Paris.

meeting at the C-ity Hall of said City this the llth day, of
