Whereasv certain City Bonds hereinafter specified and designated have heretofore
been paid by the CITY OF PARIS and no longer are an obligation against said Cityv and
Whereas, such bonds will serve no further purpose to the CITY OF PARIS, therefore,

and the Mayor shall in such presence, destroy each and all of said bonds by burning
them, and the City Clerk shall make proper record of their destruction and make
such entry as shall show the same does not constitute an outstanding obligation
upon the part of the CITY OF PARIS9 and this RESOLUTION will serve, upon such en-
try being made, to fully and finally cancel said bonds.
