Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Paris that P:ayor Jarnes R. Gill be given authori.ty to sign
right of way easement on City of Paris, Texas property
for the purpose of allowing the Texas Power & Light Com-
pany to install one guy anchorage at or near the locations
and along the general course now located and staked out by
said Cornpany, over, across and upon the following described
lands located in Lamar County, Texas, to-wit;
Guy wires to be attached as a permanertpart of
a pole of said Company at its survey station 6
plus 7$. Said guy anchorage and guy wires
shall be located 30 ft., more or less, in a
southerly direction from the base of the afore-
said pole.
Passed and adopted the 13th day of Septerriber, 1954
upon motion by Councilman Jackson, seconded by Councilznan
EStes and adopted by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
