That J. W. McCoyo Mayor of the City of Paris, Texasv be., and he is
hereby authorized and empowered to make, execute and deliver an agreement or
contract in the name and in the behalf of the City of Parisp Texas, with
Texas Power & L-ight Company for a term of ten (10) yearsp beginning February
89 1954, providing for a supply of electric power and energy to be used by
said City of Paris, Texas, for the operation of the street lighting system
in the City of Paris, said agreement to be in the form and containing the
provisions submitted to this meetingg being Form No. 1334(Revised 10-50).
