BE IT RESQLVED BY THE CIT`1 COtJNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
1. That mayor H. W. Parchman be, and he is hereby authorized,
and directed to execute, in behalf of the City of Paris, a con-
tract dated January 29, 1951, betxeen the City of Paris and Paris,
Texas Industrial Foundation Inc. providing for the construction
it the extension of water and sewer lines from the present lines
of said City to the West iaoundary line of a tract of land onned
by Westinghouse Electric Comparjy, the sum of $15,000.00, being
paid by said Foundation, whicn sum wi11 be repaid wit,hin ten years,
all as provided in said contract.
