RESOLUT ION N0. 491.
SE IT RESOLVED BY TFiE CITY CAtJIVCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
1. That ths City of Paris enter into a contract with Texas Power
and Light Company for a period of five years begirlnirg January 10.9 1951
and ending January 10, 1956 for the supplying oY electric power and
energy bq said Company to said City Por electric service for the City oi'
Paris in accordance with the provisions of Agraement No. 24-255 datad
December 15,, 1950; and further that the City of Paris enter into a con-
tract writh said Texas Power and Light Company for a period of five years
beginning Januarg 10, 1951 and alding January 10, 1956 in accordance Rit,h
Agreemerit No. 24--V'-'58 dated December 20., 1950; both of which agreements
are on file with the City Clerk oY tha City oY Paris.
2. That biayor H. W. Parchman be and he is hereby authorized and
empowered to execute such contract in the name and in hehalf of the Cit3►
of Paris xith Texas Power aod Light Campany, and that the City Clerk
attest same.
