RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY
BOARD; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO
THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on October 4, 2001, in
Resolution No. 2001-___, expand the membership of the Airport Advisory Board from seven (7)
to nine (9) members, and it is necessary that two (2) new members be appointed to said Board; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the appointments of Eric
S. Clifford and Rod Kosterman to serve as new members of the Airport Advisory Board for terms
which end December 31, 2002; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That Eric S. Clifford and Rod Kosterman be, and they are hereby, appointed to
serve as new members of the Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris for terms which end
December 31, 2002.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
