BE IT ftESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF PARIS :
That the City of Paris sell to TEXAS P0VJ'Eft &LIGHT COP."'ANY the
electric transmi.ssion line between the City of Paris and Lake Crook, common-
ly known as the City yYater i^dorks line, for the total sum of Three Thousand
Three Hundred and No/100 03300.00) Dollars and that the Gity cf Paris grant
an easement to said TExAS PO'~M & LICHT GOMPANY on the property of the City
of Paris upon which said line is located for its maintenance and operation;
said electric distribution system and facilities to be permanently retained
in place or at sa~mee other place mutually satisfactory to grantor and grantee and
operated by grantee to service the needs of the City of Pari.s for its City vvater
4Vorks at Lake Crook and for such other needs in such vicinity as may now or
hereafter exist and that grantee at all times provide and make available to the
Oity of Paris the services provided by said line.
The 1rlayor is hereby autlwrized to execute and deliver, and the City
Glerk to attest, a conveyance to the TEXAS PGr`tER & LIGHT COt:TIAIdY of even date
herewith of said line vilich conveyance includes the easement hereinabove set
out.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the lSth day of September~ 1950., in special
meeting of the City Council of the City of Paris.
