BE IT RESOLVr,D BY TiiE CITY COUIvCIL OF TIiE CITY OF PARIS:
1. Tizat the City of Paris, in conjunetion with
The State of Teaas, County of Lamar, Paris Iddependent 5chooID
District and Paris funior College District, sell all its
right, title and interest acquired by eirtue of Judgment :in
Cause #22753 styled TheCity of Paris v. id. rranklin et al.
in two certain lots in the I. Davis Survey, City Block #71
of the City of Paris, Teaas, being designated as Lot # 7isnd
Lot #27, both in Block #71 of said city, for atotal consid-
eration of $450.00, to be pro rated among the above taxin{g
units proportionatelq in accordance with said judgments.
2. That the Blayor be, and he is hereby authorized
to execute proper conveyance in behald of the City of Paris
and that tae City attest same conveying whatever interest
ssid city orvns in such pro7_.erty to Clement Few upon payment
of t.ie purchase price.
Passed in regular meeting of the Oity Council of
the City of paris this the 24th day o July, 950.
