l. 'i'hat the City of Faris, lease to George E. Riedel
those tracts oi` land at Cox Field iully described in a
lease agreersent dated i'::ay 22nd. 1950, upon the ter.ns and
conditions and at the rental stated therein.
2. That H. :T. Parchman, P'ayor, be and he is hereby
authorized, in behalf of the Cit,y of' Faris, to execute
such lease and the Cit,y Clerk to attest same.
