Lianagement agreement;" and s"Flight Operations Agreement"
with Cecil H. lfisener, doing buisness as 'disener Flying
Service.
20 That the BBaqor be and he is hereby authori2ed
and directed to execute said Airport ~ana gement tigree-
ment and said Flight Operations xgreement, both oY which
are dated Mag 3, 1950, and marked with the initiels of
the City "anager for identifications. The City Clerk
is hereby authorized to attest same and affiz thd seal
