That the City of Paris sell to the TEXrL5 PO-iTr:R LIGHT
COMPxNY all of the single and tnree-phase primary and secondary
overhead electric distribution facilities at Coa AirPield as
transPerred in the instru*nent of transfer Prom the United States
of America, acting by and through the War Assets administrator,
to the City of Paris, February 25, 1949, including all transYor-
mers, lightning arresters, racks, street lighting fixtures, ser-
vice wires, ete. for ~~1.00 and the assumption by the Texas Power
& Light 'Vompany of all the obligations imposed upon the City of
Paris with respect to the property to be transferred by the trans-
Per instrument aforementioned and the conditions preseribed by
Civil xeronauties Administration relati4e to the sale thereoP.
fihe ::Iayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
attest and deliver to the Texas Power & Light Company a conveyance
electric distribution
of the said overhead/facilities, such conveyance to include an
easement fro*_n the City of taris for the maintenanee and operation
of the aroresaid facilities as now located on tae property of the
City of i'aris, and for any eatension or eatdnsions thereof on the
property of the City of Faris, subject to the approval of proper
governmental agencies.
