of certain cast iron pipe and all appurtenances t':ereof, same
being located at Camp Traxey, Texas, and for the renoval and haul-
in.-* of such cast iron pipe and all apptlrtanances thereof frorn
Camp 1,:axey, Texas, to tY:e North Y-ain Street "'.arehouse oP the City
oP Paris. Contract for such work will be let by the City Council
at the City Hall of said City on (')ctober 14, 1949, at 1:30 P.TR.

Paris, Tex2s, and must be accomnanied by a Cashier's Check,
certified check, or acceptable proposal bond in an aMOUnt of not
less than five per cent (5;0) of the bid submitted.
