That Resolution No. 456 heretoYore passed by the
City Council on June 13, 1949, be and the same is hereby
set aside ana reYOked.
2.
That Dr. H. W. Parchrnan, Mayor of the City of
Paris, be and he is hereby authorized and empowered, in
behalf of the City of Paris, to exeeute a certain lease

agreement dated 1949, between the City of Paris
and John Robert Cam;,bell, for certain land of said City
and being a part oP tne property knoivn as Cog xir rield,
such lease being for a--period oP three years beginning
Tune 1, 1949, and ending May 31, 1952, the total consid-
eration therePor being $3,400.00, a copy of which is
attached hereto ana made a part hereof; and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized and empowered to attest same in the
manner required by law.
