RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIZ 0F THE CITY OF PARIS, TEiAS
PASSID IN REGULAR SESSION MABCH 71 1949.
BE IT RESOZVID that H. W. Parchman, Mayor of the City of
Paris, be and he is hereby authorized to accept delivery
of deed without warranty dated February 25, 1949, from
THE UNITID STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the
-lv'ar Assets Administration, to the City of Paris, Texas,
conveying 1552.97 acres of land, more or less, situated
known as Coz Air l`ield,
in Lamar County, Texas,/as described therein, as well as
certain gasoline pipe lines, buildings, structures, im-
provements and personal property specifically described
in said deed; and be it further resolved that the Oity of
Paris, Texas, agrees to be bound by all the terms, reser-
vations, co nditions and egceptions in such deed contained.
I, H. B. Crow, I;ity Clerk of the Uity of Faris, Texas,
hereby certiPy that the above and foregoing is a true a nd
correct copy of the resolution of the City Council of the
City of Paris, Texas, duly passed in regular session on
March 7, 19499 and recorded in Book 4, page , l,fiinutes
of the City Council of the City of Paris, '1'exas.
