HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
That J. A. Binnions as Mayor of the City of Pariss be and is hereby
given Yu11 aaithority to execute a AiAe line agreemgnt with the Texas and
Pacific Ra31waq CompanY., with reference to instal7-ation and maintenance of
a 3/4 inch xater line across and under the tracks and right of way of the
said Texas and Pacific Railwag Canpany., located at 30th 3treet., Paris, Lamax
Courity, Texas., at Valuation Chaining Station 4772149.6, KUe Post 90.38a
Main Line., Eastern Division.
That this Resolution take effect from and after its passage.
The Fact that it is necessary to immediatel.Y enter into and e1ecute
the pipe line agreemant herein referred to creactes a public emrgency mhich
is hereby declared., the rules and Charter provisions prohibiting the passage
of a Resolution at the meeting introduced and submitting same to a Committee
arg $uspended, axld the same is accordinglY daie, arid this Resolution will
take effect from and after its passage.
