with Fred Kirbq by the terms of which, the said Fred Kirby is Per`ma-tted the use of sai.d

lo That Fred Kirby and his assigns have the excluaive use of said baseball park for
such tines recessary for playing the home gamea said league schedule., and for such train-
ing period reasonably neceasary and incident as a member of said league; that he have the
consessions inside of sa:i.d ball park for the times and days only that the Paris taam plays
in Paria.
2. That said basebatl park remain accessible for all basebaLl or other games
spon$ored by local citizens and business interests at all times when ru>t required for use
by Fred Kirby or his assigns for ,perivds of tra].rii.rip, and "League sahedules.
3. The city of Paris retains a71 advertisemont privileges for the year 1946.
