414 RES CERTAIN PERSONS ARE DESIROUS OF ELECTRIC SERVICE•
RESOLUTION N0. ~
It being consid ered that certain persons are desirous
oP electric service and for such perm ns to receive suah
service it is necessary for the City of Paris to grant an
easement fox Teaas 1'ower & Light to,erect a transmission
line across land belonging to The City of F'arig.
Be it resolved that the Mayor oP Paris is hereby
authorized to execnte an easement to The Texas Power &
Light Company 46 to erect and main an electria and
transmission line and all necessary appurten anees thereto
over and across larrl belonging to The City of Paris located
in the Redding Russell Survey near Paris in Lamar County,
Tezas, lying adjacent to and west of State Hig'-may #24.
It being necessary that the said oompany ereat such line
at the earlies pnssible time in nrder to serve the parties
desiring electric service creates a public necessity and
emergeney requiring the charter prnvisions providing
that resnlutions be notipe.ssed ^n the day intrnduaed
tn be suspended, such charter ps ovision is hereby suspended
and this resolution shali become efeective from and after
its passage.
