Whereas, The City of Paris owns title to Lot No, 3, Block No. 4 of the Kinzie-Pickard
kddition, located in the City of Paris, Larnar County.. Texas, *ich lot of land is non•-reverrue
bearing and sarvoes no usef'ul purpoae to the City of Paris; and
Whereas, Les Mabon has offered the sum of $100.00 for said Zot of land and is reac~q to
pay therefor when he is given a deed of comreyance to stich lot; and
Whereas, $100.00 is a fair value £or s aid lot of land,
NOW,* THEREFORE,, BE I`P RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, that
J. W. Barnes, MVor of the City of Paris, be and is hereby authorized to exscute a deed,
attested by the City Secrstary, conveying the aboee mentioned lot to Les Mabon for the con-
sideration of $100.00.
