RESOLU2'ION:
A Resolution authorizing the cancellation and destruction of
the following 1-donds of the City of Paris: uaaterworks Bonds, Series

ed 101 to 120 inclusive; paid by the City of Paris January 10, 1928;

drawing 5;~ interest, numbered 121 to 140, inclusive, paid by the
City of Paris January 10, 1929; aiater Works Bonds, I-Deries "G" in

Section 2: That this Resolution take ef'fect from and after
its passage.
The fact that it is necessary that the reeord of ou'standing
bonds of the City of Paris be corrected as soon as possible in or-
der to show a correct list of outstanding bonds of the City creates
a public emergency requiring that the rules and charter provisions
prohibiting the passage of a resolution at the meeting introduced
and be susgended and it is accordingly done and this Resolution
v1i11 take effect f'rom and after its passage.
