Pursuant to Section 51 of the Paris City Charter, the City Council is holding a public hearing to receive
input on the proposed amendment to budget for fiscal year 2012-2013. This amendment will increase
the Animal Shelter budget by $15,000 to pay for spay and neuter vouchers and additional educational
and promotional expenses.
