Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted
upon are as follows:
Opening Agenda
1. Call meeting to order.
Regular Agenda
2. Presentations from engineering firms Freese & Nichols; Hayter; and KSA
regarding a ten year Capital Improvement Plan for the City of Paris.
3. Discuss and act on selection of an engineering firm to prepare a ten yeaz Capital
Improvement Plan for the Ciry of Paris.
4. Discuss the Fire Chief position.
5. Adjournment.
