AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -
DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON PART OF' LOTS 3& 4, BLOCK 6,
HIGHLAND PARK AUDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FRED NANCE,
SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC
USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is
hereby established on PART OF LOTS 3& 4, BLOCK 6, HIGHLAND
PARK ADDITION, on property belonging to FRED NANCE, so as to
include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that
the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (�5), be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Being a 68 feet X 153 feet Lot
located at 2030 Culbertson and being the East 65
f�et of Lot 3 and the West 3 feet of Lot 4, Block
6 of Highland Park Addition to the City of Paris
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisiotis of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressJ_y repealed.

4. This ordinance shall become effective
upon passage.
