^ --� <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-042 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENUING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br />ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br />ONE FAl�1ILY DWELLING N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - <br />D�Y CARE (25) ON LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 294, ON PROPERTY <br />BELONGIrdG TO VICKI CRAWFORD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING N0. 2 <br />(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY <br />DWELLING N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE <br />(25) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries hereto�ore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br />and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE <br />PERMIT - DAY CARE (25), be, and the same is hereby <br />established on LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 294, on property belonging <br />to VICKI CRAWFORD, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY <br />DWELLING N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE <br />(25) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br />and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING N0. 2 <br />(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br />N0. 2(SF-2) A1�D SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE (25), be, <br />and the sar.ie are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br />Texas, and b�ing Al1 that certain tract or parcel <br />of land, situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part <br />of the Joseph Leach Survey, about 2-1/2 miles East <br />of the City of Paris, a part of Lot No. 5 allotted <br />to 0. L. Hearn in the partition of the Estate of <br />E. Hearn, described in Book 69, Page 340, Lamar <br />County Deed Records. <br />BEGINNING 305.7 feet North of the Southwest Corner <br />of Lot No. 5; <br />THENCE East 431.5 feet a stake, same being 32.5 <br />feet North of the Southwest corner of G. F. Shaffer <br />tract; <br />THENCE North 104 feet, a stake; <br />THENCE West 411.5 feet, a stake <br />Boundary Like of County Road; <br />THENCE South 105 feet with the East <br />of County Road or Spain Street to <br />beginning, containing one acre of land. <br />in the East <br />Boundary Line <br />the place of <br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br />of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br />change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br />with the provisions of Qrdinance No. 1710 and the land use <br />map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br />immediately upon passage. <br />
