AN OF,DINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE PERSONNEL POLICIES ADOPTED IN ORDINANCE
N0. 87-080, BE REVISED TO EYPAND THE OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS OF
THE CITY OF PARIS FROr� FIVE (5) TO EIGHT (8); REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AI�;D
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER l, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINEU BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Personnel Policies adopted in
Ordinance No. 87-080 be revised to expand the official
holidays of the City of Paris from five (5) to eight (8).
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
November 1, 1988.
