AN ORDIIvANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 2254 WHICH
AMENDED ZOIvING GRDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY kEVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINAIVCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE Ai'PROVAL OF AN AMENDED SITE PLAN; REPEALING
ALL ORDiNANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PKOVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE llATE OF JULY 1, 1991.
BE IT ORDAtNED BY THE C1TY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Sectiori l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.2254 of the
City af Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 'L. The amended site plan, including
the cirainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A,
is approved subject ta detailed drainage and
utility plans with the City Engineer's approval,
being filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Paris."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts ot ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective or.
Ju1y 1, 1991.
