ZONING COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 5, 2001
The Planning and Zoning COmmission met Monday, November 5, 2001, 5:30
P.M., Paris Junior College, Applied Technology Building, Room 1016, 2400
Clarksville Street, Paris, TeXas with the following members present:
1. Cleveland L. Thomas
2. Barbara Forrest
3. Eddie Vincent
4. Bill Coleman
5. Marshall Kent
6. Curtis Fendley
7. Bobby L. Myers
Mattie Cunningham, the city clerk was also present.
The meeting was called to Order by Eddie Vincent.
The minutes from the October 1, 2001, regular planning and zoning

meeting were approved w~th a motion by Curtis Fendley and seconded
by Marshall Kent. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.

The public hearing Was declared open.
Dr. Thomas Charbeneau, 3065 Pride Circle, spo? in favor of. the site.

tonight was to present his proposal for the site plan. Dr. Charbeneau
advised that his plan is to develop t.his property for the purpose.of a
medical-dental building at this location. Dr. Charbeneau was seelong
the Planning and ZOning Commission's approval of the site plan.
There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed.
