following item: request the City Council to hear and decide on a better situation for
the protection of lost and stray animais. The City Council has established a policy
of allowing up to two minutes for presentations under this item.
The City Council meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 o'clock p.m. When your item

and address for the record and then proceed with your presentation which you
should limit to two minutes.
