2.) Southern Asphalt & Petroleum Inc.
3632 Lawnwood St., P.O. Box 7637.
Ft. Worth, Texas 76111

In this case, the bids are identical, both by specification and amount. Therefore, according
to Texas Statutes the municipality must select one of the bidders by the casting of lots.
This selection should take place on Monday, February 11, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. by the City
Council.
These funds are budgeted in 2001-2002.
