MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF <br />MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD <br />THURSDAY, JANUARY 24, 20019 2:00 P.M. <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />1. Present Board Members: <br />Bill Payne, Suzy Harper, Barbara Wilson, Linda Suarez <br />Patsy Davis, David House <br />Absent: Mary Ann Chalaire Robyn Zimmerman, Lisa Span, <br />2. Discussion of the streetscape project-Maria Pope reported on the <br />streetscape project and discussed updates provided by Hayter <br />Engineering. Maria Pope reported that the Texas Historical <br />Commission recommends that the sidewalk solar panels be either <br />replaced or restored for the streetscape project. The board <br />agreed, and further noted that the brick sidewalk adjacent to <br />Hibernia National Bank was a hazard and will recommend it be <br />replaced. <br />3. Discussion of city wide Easter egg hunt at Bywaters Park <br />Maria Pope reported that the City will host a city wide Easter <br />egg hunt in the Historic District at Bywaters Park with the <br />assistance of local radio stations. The date was set for Saturday, <br />March 30th, at Bywaters Park. <br />4. Discussion of committees- Maria Pope recommended that the <br />board begin considering individuals for various committees. Bill <br />Payne recommended that we wait for the CDC to further develop <br />before confirming committees. The board agreed, and the issue <br />was placed on hold. <br />5. Schedule next meeting-not confirmed <br />6. Adjourned at 2:50p.m. <br />
