SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT FOR LOT Z0, BLOCK C OF WINDSOR ESTATE #1

BACKGROiJND: This plat was acted on by the Planning and Zoning Commission on January
7, 2013. The Commission recommended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations, by a vote of 6-0. The corrections have been made to the final plat. The
original plat for this subdivision was approved in 1983.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Mr. & Mrs. Mike Covington own the house and lot at 705 40t" Street.
They also own an unplatted lot to the west of the lot the house is on. They would like to
construct a metal building for storage. The separate lot is not platted. This final plat will join the
two lots into one and enable the owners to get a building permit for the storage building.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve a Final Plat of Lot 20, Block C, Windsor Estate #1,
located at 705 40th Street NE.
