BACKGROLJND: This plat was acted on by the Planning and Zoning Commission on January
7, 2013. The Commission recommended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations, by a vote of 6-0. The corrections have been made to the final plat.
STATUS OF ISSUE: John House is proposing to construct a metal building to store cars and
other items. The property had never been platted before.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve a Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, John House Addition
