BACKGROLTND: This plat was acted on by the Planning and Zoning Commission on January
7, 2013. The Commission recommended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations, by a vote of 6-0. The corrections have been made to the final plat.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Z-Gul LTD. is proposing to construct a dialysis center on the north side of
this almost two acre property. The property has never been platted before. An office building is
currently located on the SE corner of this lot.
BUDGET: This project will increase the ta�c base for the City of Paris.
RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve a Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, TNA Paris Complex
Addition 306A, located at 635 Stone Ave.
