SUBJECT: CEFCO #1097 ADDITION 313 FINAL PLAT
DATE: February 5, 2013
BACKGROUND: The Food Fast Corporation is proposing to demolish the existing building
located at 3750 Lamar Ave. They are purchasing two lots south of the existing service station.
This plat proposes to unite the three lots into two lots. One lot is currently zoned Planned
Development —c (PD-c) and the others are zoned Commercial (C). I have reviewed the final plat
of the above referenced addition. The final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision
regulations. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve the plat by a vote of 4-0 on
February 4, 2013.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The Food Fast Corp. is proposing to construct a 5,000 square foot store
with a large fuel island and canopy on lot 1 that faces Lamar Ave. The two lots will share an
access road to the Loop. The infrastructure needed to support Lot 1 already exists.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve the final plat of CEFCO # 1097 Addition 313.
