SUBJECT: CEFCO #1098 ADDITION 222-B FINAL PLAT
DATE: February 5, 2013
BACKGROUND: The Food Fast Corporation is proposing to demolish the existing building
located at 2685 Lamar Ave. They are purchasing the two adjoining lots to the existing property.
This plat proposes to unite the three lots into one. The lots are all zoned Commercial (C). I have
reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. The final plat complies with the City of
Paris subdivision regulations. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve the final
plat by a vote of 4-0 on February 4, 2013.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The Food Fast Corp. is proposing to construct a 5,000 square foot store
with a large fuel island and canopy. The infrastructure needed to support a convenience store
with gas sales already exist.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve the final plat of CEFCO #1098 Addition 222-B.
