Canvass the returns of the Regular Municipal Election held on May 4, 2002. 3. Consideration of and action on a resolution declaring the results of the Regular Municipal Election held on May 4, 2002, for Council District 3, declaring the winner in said election, and acknowledging the results of prior Council action declaring candidates as elected to office for Council Districts 1, 2, and 6 as a result of having been unopposed for election to office. 4. Oath of Office will be administered to newly elected Council Members by Municipal Judge Thomas Hunt III. 5. Election by City Council of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore to serve the City of Paris for the next year. 6. Receipt of report from the Planning & Zoning Commission. 7. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Jeremy Newberry for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C) With Specific Use Permit (52) Billboards on Lot 4, City Block 341, being located in the 3800 block of S.
