SUBJECT: Amherst Court Final Plat
I have reviewed the plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies with
the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.
1. Owner must sign the plat.
2. Add a utility easement to the existing 10' common area & drainage easement
between lots 10 and 11. This will enable the water line to be looped at a future
date.
